What is IKIGAI?
Ikigai is a Japanese concept, according to this idea everyone has an ikigai that gives a person a reason for being. In general, something that motivates you to live, wake up at mornings or gives a sense of purpose.
"Ikigai" is a Japanese word, which is combined with two words iki 生き(which means "life; alive") and kai (gai, 甲斐) (which means, to be worthwhile or being purposeful). A meaning for life; what makes life purposeful.
Ikigai motivates to alive, but it is not forced on an individual. It is undertaken willingly and it depends on a person's inner self. It is hidden deep inside each of us and to find it requires a patient search.

Living in a strongly bounded friends and good family relations reduce stress and help to grow together.
Ikigai is what brings us happiness and inspires us to get out of bed every day.
When we have purpose in life, we don't get distractions, we focus more on our goals and ignore shortcomings and useless things like worries, troubles, rejections, fear etc.
