I know, not everyone is same ,we all are unique. Some are night owls and some are early birds.

And of course some are none of them.

So ,in this article I am gonna discuss 13 habits if you add them in your morning routine, your life will get changed.

You need not to wakeup early just wakeup at the same time daily. It really doesn't matter whether you sleep at 4 A.M. or wakeup at 4 A.M. Just fix that you wakeup at the same time daily. 

How to wakeup early? It's quite simple just go to bed at the same time . Now you may ask why to go to bed at the same time? See, "If you are consistent. It makes it easier to fall asleep every single night of the week,” - says Dr Shelby Harris, a clinical psychologist who specialises in sleep. Every evening, our body secretes a hormone called melatonin, sending a chemical signal to our brain that it's time to hit the sack.

For example if prince is going to bed at 10 pm daily , he will feel sleepy at that time and of course it makes a person's life come in order.

So, if you are going to bed at the same time every night and waking at the same time every day it's gonna change your life.You are no more a child.... So FIX IT.

After waking up it's the first thing you really need to do. OPEN YOUR EYES WITH A CHARMING SMILE & SAY THANK YOU! 

Be thankful for everything that you have , no matter what happened last day, whether you have slept with tears in your eyes. Still wakeup with a big smile as a strong person and say THANK YOU UNIVERSE.... You are not living in your past anymore. It's a new moment and of course a new day to be thankful and drink warm water with gratitude. Drinking warm water in the morning helps flushing out the toxins. However, drinking warm water increases the body temperature, which improves the metabolic rate . It helps in breaking the food molecules in your intestine and helps in better digestion as well as absorption of nutrients.


Say positive words in your mind or just keep silence. If possible than go out look at the sky and say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for everything, and then go to washroom.

Clean your room - Effective Habits

Believe me or just try it FIRST you will see changes. You get more positive vibes when you are in a clean environment. I know you may feel lazy sometimes so it's completely normal. As you keep trying it will become your habit. I have just recently added it in my routine and I am feeling much better now in this days. BUT don't spend a lot of time here.

By the way it's a good kind of "stretching" too. Try it :)

Of course it's so good to take shower in the morning. I used to take shower mostly in afternoon but since I added it in my morning routine I feel much better. NOW YOU MAY ASK WHY? You should now it's benefits then.

Scientists say morning showers are actually better for you due to some interesting health benefits. In short, it improves blood circulation, decreases stress, increases immunity system & fertility in men.

So take your diary or just take a page from any copy and simple pen

1. Write at least three things you are grateful for.

2. Write down your 3 top priorities of today.

#7 EXERCISE OR WORKOUT

For some people yoga is boring because it's slow. It's ok. Do workout, dance workout ,fast workout. running is also good.

You can do workout in your home too. Do proper workout for 20 minutes but WHY? Why I do workout? Here are some outcomes of doing workouts:-

1. Morning exercise helps you avoid distractions.

2.You’ll boost your metabolism with morning exercise.

3.You’ll sleep better if you exercise in the morning. 

4. Encourage you to eat healthier.

5. Boost your energy throughout the day.

6. Improve focus and cognition.

7. Put you in a better mood.

8. Lower your risk for diabetes.

Remember any exercise is better than no exercise. Don't skip it twice :)

#6 PRANAYAM

It is the practice of breath regulation. It's a main component of yoga, an exercise for physical and mental wellness. In Sanskrit, “prana” means life energy and “yama” means control. The practice of pranayama involves breathing exercises and patterns.

Keeping silence only for a few minutes can help a lot in improving focus. Start it from 20 seconds and increase it upto 5 minutes. YOUR MEMORY POWER WILL IMPROVE.

#2 DON'T SPEND TIME ON PLANNING

Yes! need not spend time in planning your day. Just plan your next 30 minutes only and after getting task done plan your next 30 minutes. I have also wasted a lot time in planning last year and I have learned it through experience. Planning is not bad but for those people who act against to do.

Yes! some people have such nature.Specially when you have to do an important but unintresting task. So it's better to plan only next 30 minutes.

#1 DON'T PROCRASTINATE

Avoid Procrastination

Do the toughest task in the morning. If you procrastinate this task, chances are you will complete that task.

If it's horrifying you at the same time it's important too. Just do it.

ADDITIONAL TIPS 

DON'T USE USELESS APPS

I'm not saying to not use phone because there are many good apps. But I'm saying you to not use useless apps as they are on your phone just to waste your time. Why only in morning don't use them whole day orr fix a time for them.

LISTENING MUSIC

It's also helping in making your day better. Listen calm or inspiring music in the morning. :)
